Health: Second Gerson Documentary

Healthy body, healthy mind. Mental form is important in trading. Personally looking for any edge. Juicing for years and am largely following Gersons nutritional advice (ex. coffee fun) which is mainly organic, plant based diet. Just found this second Gerson documentary with Japanese researchers confirming some results so faint signs main-stream might get there some day. Worth a watch if you like the idea of food being your medicine, staying in top mental & physical form for longer. (*Better to watch the first one first.)

Simple but not simplistic and easy to follow 30 minute, animated video answers the question, "How does the economy really work?" Based on Dalio's practical template for understanding the economy, which he developed over the course of his career, the video breaks down economic concepts like credit, debt, deficits and interest rates, allowing viewers to learn the basic driving forces behind the economy, how economic policies work and why economic cycles occur.
