$bcoin tulip fractal?

I recently posted this chart noticing some similarities between the two based on fractal work by @edmatts. I have been buying and selling bitcoins without leverage since early months of the year mentioned back in Our Trading Room days.

As mentioned in the room and on twitter-stream did take 40% off earlier on at around $250 highs to take the initial risk off. Bought some back at 50% retracement off first $900 highs at little below $500 and selling half of all exposure at under $1000 mainly based on those similarities.

No idea how far they will go and as much as I like the idea of de-centralized non-privately owned currency systems. I partly treat it as a trade so that's the logic behind it all. Leaving about 15% in just in case this time is different.

Looking into #Litecoin and #QuarkCoin and buying some at current rates just in case and for the record. FYI there are many more out there. Am curious which ones will survive. Loving ideas and models behind some of those new crypto-currencies.

Tide is turning against the cabal? Insider trading of the FED to end? :) Sound money sooner than later?

Worth a watch. Interesting Interview with World Bank whistle-blower Karen Hudes on the work she and her colleagues  have done to shine light on practices of banking cartels. My asian sources have been reporting on topics discussed in this clip for a long time. That's a first western-world media example I came across. Positive overall. Smooth transition rather than 'Mad Max' Scenario.

H1 Usd/Jpy Diamond reversal on D1/ 240 Levels, looking to hold longer-term. Traded live on the stream this morning. Position trade.

Even though I didn't get fully filled and took a half off quiet early on it's still ended up being a good trade and potentially a massive runner.
Plan posted on the stream live & before pattern played out.

How to make better decisions- Documentary.

[Historically 4% of pilots are responsible for 40% of total kills(38:50).]

Interesting one on overriding emotional reactions, taxi driver's syndrome, priming, educated projections, post-rationalizing bad decisions & more.

We are bad at making decisions. According to science, our decisions are based on oversimplification, laziness and prejudice. And that's assuming that we haven't already been hijacked by our surroundings or led astray by our subconscious!

Featuring exclusive footage of experiments that show how our choices can be confounded by temperature, warped by post-rationalization and even manipulated by the future, Horizon presents a guide to better decision making, and introduces you to Mathematician Garth Sundem, who is convinced that conclusions can best be reached using simple maths and a pencil!

Mind over market

Rapid increase of trading account's size combined with trading live in front of others had an effect on my state of mind and I have noticed myself over-thinking some entries, clogging up & missing more opportunities than I used to.

I immediately focused attention on mental skills and created a free state of mind liquidating unnecessary thoughts & feelings while in action. Here is a good video interview with Mike Douglas "Mind over Market" which inspired me on how to do it.

[ Thanks to Mamood Venkataya ]

My results have increased significantly since and I expect May 2013 to be the highest net % return this year with no increase in average draw-down.

Thinking uses a lot of energy. That's why the brain is designed to think as little as possible.

The brain is a habit creating machine. Habits are created by consistent mapping and repetition. Habit change requires replacing bad habits with good ones

Habit- signature feature - an action you can perform automatically without having to think about it consciously.
